Vasectomy won't stop a single lustful urge, but will keep you from fucking your life up with an unwanted kid.

Castration will decrease testosterone, but you'll lose a lot of other things with that. Sexual urges may decrease some, but you're still a man, and you'll still have sexual urges anyway. Its in your DNA. Its not all testosterone.

You'll have to bring out the hedge trimmers and do it yourself. I've heard that you can be chemically castrated, but honestly man it's not worth it and will give you a lot of health issues. I know lust is a pain but it is a burden all living thing must bear.
