More small businesses ran by men should do the same. I applaud this gentleman!
[–]CeleritySteam130 points131 points132 points 5 years ago (31 children) | Copy Link
And medium and large businesses should be a gestalt of smaller businesses so that each has a maximum staff size of 15. This means hiring based on actual merit is still legal.
[–][deleted] 89 points90 points91 points 5 years ago (20 children) | Copy Link
My company pushes for hiring women. They have women events where they talk about women in business. They have a diversity coordinator. Corporate America wants more female workers and less males unfortunately.
[–]binrobinro73 points74 points75 points 5 years ago (12 children) | Copy Link
Try having a Men event where they talk about Men in business. Women would sue to be allowed in.
[–][deleted] 47 points48 points49 points 5 years ago (11 children) | Copy Link
this is why women need to be sued. it's about equal rights.
[–]new_alpha7 points8 points9 points 5 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link
Feminism was, when it started, about equal rights. Now it's about getting as much space and power as they can.
[–]Gingerbreadmannnn12 points13 points14 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
It’s just a weaponized ideology. Feminism was about destroying stable societies since it started. Women never had the need to fight for equality because in time men gave it to them. Ironically, those men were dumb for doing so.
[–]Sabertoothsnowhobbit2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
It’s the Marxist dialectic substituting sexual terminology for class struggle.
[–]Yashugan002 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
feminists in the workplace find it hard to get ahead and think it must be oppression. nah, it means you're competing against everyone else on an equal footing. welcome to work and salaries, welcome to being treated like a man.
[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
when it started it was about equal rights with special privileges a.k.a. not having to sign up for selective service, buzzing their heads in the military, and fighting on the front lines. in other words - it was still discriminatory against men. feminism was always wrong and it's unnatural. women are not meant to wield positions of power and need to be stripped of these unearned rights. it's destroying society.
[–]MaxStories0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yeah pretty much. There are roles in nature. Their equality is them going into good place of ken but you will never see a woman in a mine shaft lol. And then they complain. The worst are the fucking cucks who reject this even if it is factual
[–]lonewolfhistory2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

[–][deleted] 6 points7 points8 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Exactly! Men need to sue women-only spaces to be let in:

Yeah it seems like you could form what would be considered a series LLC structure out of Delaware with even more privacy behind it. And then you can have that series owned by an international corporation say out of Belize or Panama
[–]PleaseCallMeTomato3 points4 points5 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
damn, i wanna learn more about such stuff! Where can i learn it?
[–]Nov516057 points8 points9 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
the actual topic is "asset protection". it's a pretty complex topic for me , even as a NON EXPERT to just rattle off something quick. look up these terms series LLC ,Deleware LLC, Deleware S-Corp, International Bank account
the gist is you use the US Tax ID for your series LLC's, have the international corp in a NON TAX TREATY/NON EXTRADITION TREATY country own the LLC's.
Have contracts for services owed to the int'l corp by the LLC's for deductions with a bonafide paper trail, receipts,e tc for deductions, i.e make the LLCS a punch dummy. Have liens put on the LLC's by the int'l corp or other parties.
The int'l corp owns the cars, computers, etc,, and the LLC's lease/rent them, etc..
The S-corp ive heard is actually easier for income ta, or making the LLC's make a "corporate" election
this way, each LLC / S-corp has 15 male employees, not exceeding the femtard max

Once I read here in this sub something on the line of 'people usually confuse boredom with peace'. IMO, this explain in part why so many men invite destruction¹, it is as if they **need** 'thunderstorms' to feel alive².

If you can legally raise that number by even 25%, it would do wonders for male employment.
If your company grows that large, good for you. Time to sell at that point and seek out the next venture.

I'm not a lawyer, but In the U.S. the federal maximum is 14. Title VII only applies to an employer "who has fifteen (15) or more employees for each working day in each of twenty or more calendar weeks in the current or preceding calendar year".
[–]CiceroVoltaire78 points79 points80 points 5 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link
I'm sure this is happening at many companies surreptitiously. Anyone capable of running a successful business, department, team, whatever size evaluates, mitigates and eliminates risks as much as possible.
Not only the inherent risks, but the collateral consequences - many successful men will not work for or with women for similar reasons and risk assessments. Employers will find it increasingly difficult to find men to hire if the environment is risky.
Of course, most of these guys should be smart enough to never state the obvious or indicate this is happening.
I took a new job recently. Once I understood the role and responsibilities and had the offer before accepting, one of the factors was the organization, team and who I'd have to work with in other departments. It was easy enough to ask questions to understand this information. Fortunately, I did not see any significant "social" risks or I'd have declined the offer.
Cheers.

agreed.
but looking at it differently, isnt this sad? the feminist goal was to confront and reduce sexism, and make the workplace more receptive to females. but, in many ways, they have actually made the problem worse. it may be less prominent, but i think thats just because its gone underground. we have training every year where we openly discuss scenarios that address sexism and its a giant pack of lies. we all know the corporate stance, and the pre-approved response, and that is what gets regurgitated. but its all lip service, when i talk to people privately in smaller groups, its a totally different story.
its the emperors new clothes and im sick of it.
[–]Quo21026 points27 points28 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Feminism's goal is not to reduce sexism.
It's to increase it, against males, and create a society where even the lowest woman has more privileges than any man.
Feminism is hellbent on destroying every single thing created until now, as mostly everything has been created by men, in all cultures in the whole world.
Feminism is a self-destructing movement, that will destroy everything around it while it consumes itself. A feminized society is a dead society that will be overwritten in no time by a non-feminized one (Look at Europe 'openly recieving' illegal inmigrants).

[–]CiceroVoltaire1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
ask about the team, the expected interactions with other teams, the people I'll be working with and their roles. Make it all about your role, the job expectations, corporate structure, interactions, etc. I'd ask questions during the interviews about these topics as well from each person who interviewed me, to get a sense of the environment.
[–]cue_zephyr53 points54 points55 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Men are stoic. They are less likely to have their emotions get in the way of their duty. Therefore I wouldn't necessarily call them simple creatures. Just a lot more reliable. :)
[–]SSTEAS14 points15 points16 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Well... You're both right. I think it depends on the context. I go to work, do my job, and go home. I operate very simply at work.
On my days off, aside from grocery shopping, I stay home, work out, get baked, and watch/play nostalgic things. Been my weekend schedule for years.
For me, life's the simple pleasures. Work in a simple manner... However, doesn't mean my thinking and self-presentation is based in simplicity.
To ascend to MGTOW philosophy, like all of us have, is the opposite of simple. Requires facing and understanding many difficult truths about life.
I've just confused myself lmaooooo

Consistency is all I ask for from an employee. I've worked with some women in the past that were incredible at their jobs, even better than myself, but were the most inconsistent employees. One month they would be at or near the top of the company in sales and the next they would sound like it was their first day on the phones. It shocked me. I still don't really understand it but it made a real impression on me.

Televise it and send them in to get destroyed. Women will nuerotically think that could be me even though the odds are super low. And will vote accordingly.

He's bang-on correct. I'm in the same situation. The way gender relations have deteriorated over the last few years was a major wakeup call. I came up with a plan to get rid of all my female employees. While I liked them, personally, and felt bad for doing it, it had to be done. Women in the workplace have become a liability, no matter how skilled they might be at the job.
[–]Morphs_2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]cleats4u12 points13 points14 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
As long as your a small business you avoid the federal government. Any male manager for a large corporation is a target (doubly so if he's white) for a social justice warrior...you will bend the knee or she will sick the "hive" on you. Then you will be replaced by a female if you don't "play ball" and make her job easier. The cost of a legal department to defend against this is astronomical. Just like a football team or an army a female run company cannot compete with a male run company. And it only takes one female "and her herd" to destroy you. I expect more companies to move headquarters overseas to escape the federal government, feminists and social justice warriors to protect their share holders money. These people are morally opposed to the entire male population and combined they are more than half the voters. So shit is going to get a lot worse.
[–]_Anarchon_9 points10 points11 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
He's a very wise man in this practice, though I don't know if he can be wise for stating his policy publicly. This is the kind of thing that if the chicks pick up on it, will make him a target. Chicks that never had any intention of working for him will sue him just because they are cunts.

I work for a small company- all men except for two post-wall women who work in the office. Love it. Zero drama.
Used to work for a large company... the environment was basically a continuation of high school- relationship drama, (a lot) of marriage infidelity, cliques. I also noticed women are allowed to be "hip and modern" so they can joke and cackle loudly about "omg my vagina!" but if a man were to say anything sexual they'd be in deep shit.
The worst is when they start turning men against each other; there's drama because they either liked or fucked the same chick and now they "can't work together ".
[–]mgtow_solutions0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]no_gal_friend4 points5 points6 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
let's say the feminist is single: if she was unemployed before, she would have gotten welfare checks and/or unemployment checks. Probably living with its parents.
If the feminist is married and if her husband makes the main income and she is does not require the job, so she won't put her best effort into the job.
If she is a single mother, she would be constantly worried about her children (maybe). Not focused on the job at hand.

Men are not simple. We are simply not lying or controlling others all the time. We are more reliable and when we fuck up we try to fix things.
Women are simple, just like kids.
[–]LogansGun1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Just goes to show that femenism is self-destroying for women...
[–]MrMannheim1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Hiring a feminist is no different from hiring a communist.
Both want to destroy and dismantle your company in order to change it to a more feminist/communist system.
Expecting anything different is lunacy and you really deserve to go out of business.

My experienced with Canadian females at the work place and home.
I would not deal with them in business nor personally, 20 years seeing how they behave and their performance at work. I would never allow one to be anywhere near anything I hold dear, it's just not worth the headaches.
[–]MaxStories1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yeah, pretty much. This is just factual. Now I imagine how many cucks and triggered women came to tell him that he is evil and mysognist for stating a fact lol
[–]Joey_Lopez1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I don't even work with females anymore. It's expected that you will do the work for them and they can ruin your career if they don't like a joke you made.
[–]RedHattedPhilomath1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I’d choose ‘straightforward’ creatures rather than simple ones, but otherwise I agree.
[–]Randallsixx130 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Smart man. Some wymn would hire on solely to destroy said business and the man behind it.
[–]BurnRubber5670 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
The problem today is more and more men are becoming soy boy fucking faggots that are literally worse than women with their drama, gossiping and catty behavior.
[–]SOLOMONICS0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Major corporations are doing this too. After the #metoo bullshit no one is going to take a chance..... See how a few "feminists" ruin it for everyone. This should be a lesson learned.
This is interesting to me with a lot of laws and questions of free speech. Business uppers want as little risks as possible. So it's natural certain groups will actually start getting ostracised because of radical views, liability and forced changes. The more radical they are the more people will become singled out and avoided. They actually create an eventual vicious circle that attacks themselves.

I bet he makes shit loads of money as well

[–]cantchooseanusername0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
That sounds like heaven! How do I find a company like that to work for?
[–]NightOuts0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
reference for this post?
[–]ppanthero0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yes, he is absolutely right. You have to be careful with stating this in the public (best way is to avoid it altogether), but its definitely the sensible thing to do.
[–]1nfinitus0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I love being a man.
[–]Raider_Scavver-1 points0 points1 point 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
We should buy some of his stock.
[–]robowriter-2 points-1 points0 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
If your a large corp. you create lots of useless jobs for them to do so they don't get in the way. In addition to liberal tax increases, I wonder if laws concering mandatory hiring of women contributed signifcantly to the offshoring of US jobs.
It doesn't take a graduate degree in business masturbation to figure this out.
[–]Nevek_Green-3 points-2 points-1 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Men aren't simple creatures, they just don't have a legal system backing up each of their shitty moves. If you want proof look how royal families behave in the middle east when they do have exactly that.
[–]silentdeadly5-5 points-4 points-3 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
This is just as bad as saying that businesses should hire women over men for diversity reasons.
Hire based on qualification, it's not that complicated.
Except that no matter how qualified they are hiring women is extremely risky and can destroy you and your business but if you want to play Russian roulette with 5 bullets be my guest

Good deal. Also, avoid hiring niggers.
