Regardless these Oligarchs, especially people like the Gates who've long been eugenics proponents are avid supporters of Feminism. Feminism works best as a form of Eugenics for some very obvious reasons, the Bride Price(Robert Briffault), the education cap as a predicate for women to men having children and lastly the systemic mechanisms created by establishment to allow this, one of which is obviously welfare as an incentivization in the more primitive lower IQ races.

The Bride Price as stated so clearly by Robert Briffault, British anthropologist and the author of The Mothers, a thesis about the matriarchal social origins of society states that man in primitive and modern society pays a price to acquire a woman from her clan. MGTOW such as TFM have brought up an interesting point about education, being the earning class of a woman is more determinant of her production of progeny. This is true because the economic nature of reproduction and a woman's reliance on male to female income as indicator to her willingness to produce children. The women who produce the most amount of children are those belonging to the underclasses of society. The reason for this is also economic because in the underdeveloped world there is no welfare, meaning the children are the economic safety net for parents in old age. This is a timeless pension strategy of parents globally because of the obvious implications of age on wealth production, and the decrease of security in old age. Single mothers, low income women are more likely to have children as a means to ensure their own security where as wealthy women having little to no need except the passage of that wealth in old age are far less likely to have children.

Welfare is off course the game changer. As discussed wealth is the primary determinant of female reproduction, its lacking economy or the excess of will determine a woman's course of action in a human system.
