Been going at it for about 3 or 4 months now. I completely gave up sodas although i do have a sweet tea a day. 5 nights a week I usually do chicken fajita on a salad with a some ranch, have to cut back here too.

In the mornings I have a banana or a handful of granola clusters, and for drinks it's either water or my sweet tea. During the weekends I'll usually make chicken and rice one night (I cook my week chicken here too), and then a pizza usually on Sunday.

That's pretty much been my diet for a few months now. And that's coming from being a guy who chugs sodas, eating fast food 3 times a week, ect. I was 265lbs in April which was the last time I weighed myself. Scale says I'm 238lbs today, have to admit I smiled.

Sure I got plenty of room to grow, but doing something small like shaping up my diet for me dropped about 30lbs. My point is that you can sit there and "think about it" all you want. Really any kind of change starts in the mind, but nothing's going to get done until you stumble into your first step. And it doesn't even have to be a big change, just swap that burger for some chicken and rice every once in a while. Skip the soda, or even just save having them for special events. Baby steps, bro.
