I'm not American, but isn't that a dollar in change?
[–]the_old_one_throws17 points18 points19 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
In other words, there is no wage gap in America. Our own economists in governmental bodies (US Department of Labor) have studies upon studies to show that there is no wage gap between working men and women, after controlling for all sorts of factor. But as you already know, the feminist SJWs and their fearless leader (Hillary Clinton) don't care about facts and won't shut up about the mythical "wage gap in America".

Yes it is.

WAGE GAP!
Poor women, suffering through life without a government completely dedicated to their success, social programs devoted to them, and quotas guaranteeing their careers.
So hard.

50% sure I'm getting downvotes on this because guys aren't actually adding up the change.

Considering where you're posting there was implied sarcasm. This may have been an intelligence test for the MGTOW community.
A woman would see the change, be outraged, share and spread.
But a man cares about facts, and is compelled to count the change.

My ex put on makeup and walked into a repair shop. They did her tablet for free.

How much does a woman spend for every dollar a man spends?
[–]rebellionmarch8 points9 points10 points 7 years ago* (2 children) | Copy Link
I dont know about that but if yesterday is correct, they spend 2.8 dollars for every 1.8 they earn.
[–]scotFree667 points8 points9 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Good idea for a slogan: "Men pay for women to spend an extra dollar for every 1.8 dollars they earn"
[–]Trail_of_Jeers1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Men need to start working under the table, avoiding taxes and avoiding giving money to women.

They are going to believe whatever they want to believe. That is why the wage gap myth will not die.
[–]BukM12 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
and this is why you can ignore them completely guilt free
[–]feedmecarrots0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
That is not an easy lesson to learn but it can be done and gets easier with practice.

women want more muscular men, taller guys and more money
if they can get away with selling wage gap crap, of course they would do it
[–]throwawaylifespan2 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
We should do a similar pic for the amount of leisure (read: not working) time the genders have. Man-flu is long since a misnomer since women take far more sick time than men.

Ya'll realize that the change add up to $1.00, right? Its saying they earn the exact same money we do.
[–]587Boat6 points7 points8 points 7 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
You're quite correct, and that's the law.
I've been confused by the whole "wage gap" thing since I first heard it, so I researched and asked questions. It seems the argument is not about a man and a woman doing effectively the same job, but rather ALL women vs ALL men, irrespective of job, experience, hours worked, etc. in a nutshell, they're trying to compare an astrophysicist at Cal Tech with a PhD to a school crossing guard, a specious argument at best. That's how idiotic things have gotten.

The lefty progressive cunts are protesting for equally of outcome, not equally of opportunity (since women already have equality of opportunity). But they always shorten it to just "equality" to confuse the issue. Equality of outcomes is socialism.
[–]587Boat0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Just so!
And a casual glance at the history of socialism shows that other than VERY small units, hasn't worked in the past, isn't working now, and will never work in the future. This silly little thing called 'human nature' gets in the way, and human nature hasn't changed one iota since Adam & Eve. Technology changes; human nature? Not so much, no.

I wouldn't be surprised if they get more than we do for doing less work now with all the companies trying to cover their ass for the wage gap bullshit.
[–]me_and_batman2 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
For the same amount of work
Oh my, no, they get paid that dollar for much less work than us.

This is wrong. According to this article, females are outearning males counterparts: https://nypost.com/2017/05/13/childish-men-are-to-blame-for-women-having-kids-late-in-life/
Women want an equal partner, but there are increasingly fewer candidates to choose from. The census reports that “the average adult woman in the US is more likely to be a college graduate than the average adult man.” Moreover, today’s young, childless female city-dwellers with college degrees are out-earning their male counterparts by 8 cents on the dollar. Their higher incomes may be why they are less likely (29 percent) to be living with their parents than single men (35 percent).
