If you are making 77 cents on the dollar, it is because your labour is not as valuable. Period. It means a lot of other people can do your job and you are easily replaceable. And women just have to open their legs and men give them money. Pussy is the most valuable resource for most women. But there are women out there, like nurses, who have actual skillz and they get paid son.
