They've already polluted HR depts so women are entering trades. They cause more employment though, for every female you need a male to fix their fuck ups.

Yeah I agree, if they have the right to vote then they should be required to register for the draft just like men do. (by threat of a felony and $250K fine).

Gender quotas are corporate and government welfare for women. I see a woman in every road repair crew now and they're always just standing around looking like a bad supervisor while the men do the actual labor.

The sad thing is, the men prefer that to a woman actually getting involved!

So to recap: women in 2019... they can't cook, they can't clean, they can't sew on a button and they can't even do a half-decent job of the one thing they campaigned to be able to do and use as an excuse for why they can't do anything else.

I’m in the trades and am working at a fairly large project right now. We have some women that work with us but before they came we acted noteably different around one another and enjoyed ourselves. Now we have to watch anything we say and there is a few on our crew that took a trip to LR because some of the women thought the men were flirting with them. You definitely have to be careful. There are a couple though that are alright and do their best to be part of the difficult tasks.

Wholeheartedly disagree. These young apprentices are bad enough with their inability to stay off their phones for 5 mins and complete lack of work ethic. At the very least you can get stuck into the young cunts and rip shreds off them to both get them back to work & set them straight but this can be done without fear of “harassment” and/or “sexual harassment” consequently leading to unemployment.

That said, i can’t imagine seeing women work in the trades simply because it’s bloody hard yakka, (unless you’re a sparkie/conduit monkey) all day everyday. I am a plumber and i couldn’t imagine having to do huge dig ups to repair sewer chokes and fix broken pipe with just one shovel, nor laying up 300mm stormy all on my own. It’s a two man job, sometimes, and it, at the very least, requires you to be physically fit and able to work under pressure without bursting into tears or histrionics when something goes wrong. Having to stop digging and take 5 every hour is not going to stop the sewer surcharging on site and an unfinished, ongoing job will not make the bossman very impressed. Most girls get into the “trades” by becoming lollipop girls (traffic controllers) because it’s very good pay for doing absolutely fuck all, encompassing the two things women (and weak men) love: minimal effort & maximum reward. That said, these same girls are still useless in a professional sense, spending most of the time sitting down and/or staring at their phones and/or staring at the blokes on site working in the sun with their shirts off. But the main point is that they feel included, earning a wage and therefore will both not cause any trouble and most importantly, stay out of the way.

Ah to be young again; no bills, no rent, very few outgoings (outside of decadence & rampant hedonism) and a hot meal waiting on the table, courtesy of mum & dad. I agree with you in that if women want nice consumer items then they should work for them, however cutting off your nose to spite your face isn’t the way to go about it. Also, unless you have a complete disregard for personal safety you will not ruin your body as quickly as you think, or as quickly as you seem to think. Invest in a good pair of ear muffs, safety specs, gloves & knee pads and you are set.

That nihilistic & childish attitude of “i don’t give a fuck about the future or these silly broads” is what got the labour force into the state it is in today, and lowering the bar of competency will drive down competitive wages for good, honest work. Pull your head out.
