Guys, I have a problem right now. I recently graduated from Psychology studies and am currently looking for a job. I don't really have a preference in which kind of workspace I want to get involved (not in mcdonalds lol). Though I have a great love for human resources and I've actually been doing some interviews. The thing is that I have no f*cking clue about how should I approach this task, I had a lot of theoretical knowledge about the issue but 0 practical knowledge. A had like fiveish interviews in which they asked me personal information and my experience (I think I did good in this part). Then they show me like 5 or 6 CVs and ask me to choose 2 or 3 and I why I did so. This is the part where I get laughed at. If there is any HHRR (or someone who knows anything) in the sub, could you please teach me what should I be paying attention when choosing resumes? Thank you very much.
