Stopped working with women as soon as was reasonably possible. One of the best decisions I've ever made.

For people forced into that scenario, I treat all co-workers with professional courtesy. If they push any boundaries beyond that, they are automatically in the wrong and you are untouchable (barring lies). It's when you roll around in the mud with them that people can blur the lines with all the he said she said bullshit, and thats a game youll never win unless youre a woman or a massive faggot (nothing against homosexual men who aren't massive faggots).

Find an obscure picture from another country (far from yours) of an attractive woman about your age.

print that out in color, buy a frame, and put it on your desk at work.

You'll immediately be asked by co-workers, so just tell them it's your long distance girl friend. Guys will know you're not gay, in case that's relevant, and women will know you're taken.

Normies won't have any reason to speculate about your MGTOW status.

Women in your office will all know within 15 minutes that you're dating someone new, and most will leave you alone

Older women and nosy ones will ask you questions, which I always refuse to answer.

Since she is far away, you'll never have to invite her to office functions.

I try strict professionalism, no small talk with female coworkers, absolutely NO physical contact, not even involuntary (always keep my distance from them to avoid any contact), and never ever socializing with them after the work hours. Never had a single complaint from any female in 14 years working in various companies with all kinds of thots and generally cancerous women.
