Gay dude here. Gays don't date. We don't play the same games that straights do. Gays have sex first, make friends later. That's just the way it is.

We don't care about how much money the other guy makes since a man is generally understood to have a job or some type of cash flow, and that's good enough. If we like each other then we become a couple. Gays don't have unrealistic expectations or checklists like straight women have. But good looking gays tend to hook up with other good looking gays, there is an attractive heirarchy just like with straights. That's human nature.

Dating men sounds pretty easy. Assuming you actually pick one that’s balanced? Guys would love to be in the situation where a girl did those things. She’s eager to have sex but willing to wait. She approaches. She asks you out. She pays. She treats. She buys gifts. She’s constantly looking to impress you. Etc.

Bisexual women have discussed this topic. It’s usually why many can’t date other women long. Women even admit that females are crazy and not worth the effort.
