How feminists push to shape Law

Now it seems misogyny is now a hate crime in the UK. I think hate crimes are retarded (Why should you do more time because you hate someone? Isn't every murder committed because of that?), but what is really bothering me is the way feminists are reacting to even the very idea that misandry should be treated the same way.
