I'm a bit of an old timer, so I thought I would share a little of my journey on the road to MGTOW. A few years ago, I worked in an office and started dating one of my coworkers. Yeah, I know, don't dip your dick in the company inkwell, right? Well, she worked in another department, so I thought it would be alright. Turns out, she was a mess. I ended up driving her to Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and introduced her to one of the best psychologists I knew. She had a three year old daughter that I adored and would have treated as if she was my own. Surprise, surprise, she dumps me one day. She had the usual bullshit excuses, but mainly she had been listening to her mother who told her that she could do better. I maintained my composure and began contemplating my next step. I told her that I had burned a CD of music for her (I'm old enough to remember the mix tapes of the 80's) and I might as well give it to her since it was already completed. She seemed surprised, but said, "okay" so I dropped it off at her desk. Later, she went to lunch and sat in her car to have a cigarette and listen to music (as she did every day). She popped her new CD in the car's player and was greeted by the first song on my CD: Hate by the Plain White T's. Go listen to it. She got the message, loud and clear. She even gave me a look that said, "I see what you did there!" when she came back from lunch. That wasn't the end of our story, but I will save that for another time. I'm 100% MGTOW now. First song on my personal soundtrack? Winner by Cheeseburger
