The soy they put into foods doesn't do much of anything. Phyto-estrogens (Phyto meaning plant) generally don't do much other than clog up estrogen receptors and then get spit out because they don't work as expected, blocking estrogenic activity.

If you want to avoid estrogens, consider the top sources:

Beer. For plants, beer is the most active. Specifically the hops. Picking hops used to disrupt menstrual cycles in women. Still, you need to be drinking several sixpacks a day for it to have effect.

Milk. Back in the 1970s, they started breeding dairy cows who would start lactating when they're pregnant for more milk. Pregnant cows are full of hormones and it gets into the milk. All milks are mixes of hundreds of cows' output.

Xenoestrogens. Xeno - means alien, as in not mammalian nor plant. This comes from the lining of cans and plastic bottles (and possibly plastic water lines), which are sprayed with a thin plastic coating inside you can't even see to prevent metal contacting the food. These leach off and are possibly very powerful. Being PBA free doesn't protect you, the newer stuff is even less tested.

Body fat. Body fat is estrogenic and some is okay but the obese west ought to cut.

Soy lecithin is just part of soy and in small amounts in some processed food and doesn't do much estrogen-wise. You'd have to probably eat a dozen tofu blocks daily to just start getting a hint of an effect and no one does that. I encourage people to completely cut out processed food in general but not because of soy. But because it's full of oil and the processing into tiny particle give you blood sugar spikes. Eat corn on the cob, not corn flakes. Potatoes (without a bajillion condiments) not potato chips. If it seems boring compared to the food you normally eat, that's probably a good sign.
