Your dad deserves to know the truth about the most fundamental aspects of his existence.

Get him alone and give him all of the evidence you have. Advise your dad to not react to this devastating news until he has formulated.a plan to deal with this shit sandwich his wife has served him.

Best thing he could do is consult with a divorce attorney to go over his options and plan a strategy to get your dad the best possible outcome.

Also, recommend that you and your siblings go get DNA tested.

This isn't the first time your mom has cheated. It's just the first time she got caught.

Tell dude to develop a "gambling problem." Get a hole in the ground or something and stash money there. Get a trusted friend or something. Something. Bleed that shit dry and then divorce the bitch.

I would buy a surveillance camera and one of those softwares that sends you a copy of her messages.

Once you have proof your mother had sex with another guy then you will show proof to your dad.

Just messaging might be overlooked as "just chatting" or "just flirting to have fun" and she will gaslight everyone and get away with it.

One thing everyone agree with is that it's better to have divorce than living in a fake-toxic marriage. So don't worry about "gotta save my patents marriage for my brothers."

Now think rationally about your parents, evaluate them, see how it will work out post divorce. If you have some reliable family member then get them on your side. Have a good bond with brothers and stay as a team. You will eventually effect the decisions of your brothers when the court ask them which parents they want to live with.

Now get those proofs of cheating. Then go to some remote place with your dad. Have some good time and make sure he can't run off(like hiding his car key).

Now start talking by making him promise he wont burst out in anger, he will properly listen to you. Then ask him if he is ready to never see his 3 kids ever again/go to jail/become bankrupt. That if he makes any wrong move, then that is exactly what will happen to him. By now he will pressure about what you are talking about. Make sure to tell that you and your 2 brothers are on his side and then finally start talking about moms affair.

Tell everything, then go though the "are you sure for 100%?" phase. Lastly provide him the info about legal issues in NM and how it will effect him. Warn him about any sudden moves, maybe even give him some lawyer info. Whether he reconciles with your mom or not, he needs to know where he is standing. Rest is upto your dad.

Btw don't have a burning hatred for your mom. Your two younger brother still need her. And one wrong doesn’t make everything she did for you go away. She did a wrong thing and she will need to face consequences for that. That's all.
