Shit, I grew up in the middle east and travelled all over it, including sneaking into Mecca and Medina, the two holy cities where no one but muslims are allowed.. I don't think people have any idea what Islam is like, but its a nightmare. And that's the "moderate" ones.

You walk down the street and suddenly every single person is on their knees, in the street, listening to one of the five prayers of the day and bowing and scraping. It's fucking bizarre. Everything shuts the hell down, and you're left standing there like an asshole and the only non-zombie in a thousand mile radius. Cars off streets, stores closed, everything stops. Five times a day when the call to prayer fires off.

But blame men. You know, that blading white guy in glasses on the subway going to his cubicle job. He obviously blew up the concert his ex-wife took his daughter to that day.

Fucking retards. Why there's so much muslim apologists I don't know, but I assume its the various rich sheiks paying for it. They have massive public relations firms and activists hounding the media to change their image. And tons of money to do it with, and is one of the largest religions on earth.

Islam is determinist religion. Allah wills it, you do it. Christianity is a free will religion. That's what people don't get. You have to go to christ and accept him into your heart. You then are supposed to to moral things following Christs teachings. You can fail and sin and pray for forgiveness to try and do better.

You have to work at it.

Islam is deterministic. Allah has set your path. You do what you're told. Its inherently authoritarian. That's why they murder atheists and cane people in the streets for not following the will of Allah (via his corrupt clerics). Allah says it, you do it. There is no sinning because you're killed for it. You cannot debate it or doubt it or your killed. Obedience is bliss and you'll get virgins in the after life (why the fuck you'd want a virgin in this life I have no idea, much less dealing with that in heaven).

So telling some young muslim to go blow himself up takes little work. You do what you're told. Its much harder to use religion to convince some Christian to blow themselves up. Sure you might have some religious wackos shoot up an abortion clinic but they are seriously in the minority.

Scientology is easier to escape than Islam.
