It's fake. The indicators are in the writing style mostly. The people inthe story have no 'life' to them; op or Jane. It's sounds like a script for a bad movie.

Also, the op doesn't respond to any of the advice (doesn't respond at all), and it's a new account.

All of these things together (not separate) are tell-tale signs its just a made up story. Maybe it was based on something that did happen, but this story in particular is fake.

Fake or not, notice how the ending question is trying to 'save' the poor Jane from having a miserable marriage. Nothing about her being a whore and cheating on her fiancé or how he deserves a whole lot better. But, please do ruin the marriage before it begins, might bring the guy to the red pill side.
