interestingly, in company where I work, there is a woman who work same job as me. she always complained about job, complained about other coworkers and constantly asked managers to give her raise (and she even had larger salary than me on same job). I never complained to managers, worked my job in best way I can and recently I got raise of salary (and I have not even asked for it) and now I have larger salary than this woman. I cannot explain to you how angry and bitter she is now. after I got larger salary, she even started to speak with me with bitter tone (which she did not do before). note, that decision about salaries is purely decision of the company management and I have not influenced their decision about salaries, except that I worked strictly according to the guidelines and avoided mistakes in my work (which could not be said for her since she makes mistakes all the time). and yet, she now addresses her anger towards me because I got raise because of my good work and she got nothing because of her bad work.

By hiring men that company don't have to celebrate any fucking thing for him or giving a long term leaves. He is a good working slave to them. Most companies hire men because they are cheap and replaceable. Men complain less and work more.

My sister and her husband runs a fitness company with all female employees (Personal trainers, reception staff, instructors, masseuses etc) and she is constantly complaining about her staff. How they flake out on a Saturday work shift with an hour notice and all the bickering and in fighting.

The CEO who is her husband is stressed because he feel he has to lead by example or the women start bitching how he gets to come in when he wants or take days off. I always laugh and tell him that he is the fucking owner of the company and he can do as he pleases without any regard to his employees feelings.

Story time. The place I worked before this one was a smallish private company (about 100 employees). The CFO was a tough as nails woman in her 50's. In Canada, new mothers are entitled to a year of maternity leave (technically men can take part of it, but few do). It's paid through the employment insurance program, so it's no cost to the employer. After the maternity leave you have to give them back their old job. Now, a lot of women decide to a) stay home with the kids or b) find a new job during the maternity leave. This means that you have to hold a position open for someone who may or may not come back. So, after a couple of new mothers decided not to come back, the female CFO confided to me that this was why she tried to avoid hiring young women. It was too disruptive to her business.

I happen to observe different workplaces whenever I get the chance like electronics shops or tech services. One thing I noticed that was common everywhere was, women just chat and were constantly on their phone and when there's even a slightly complicated (and that can include filling the data or knowing where the spare parts are kept or how a simple kitchen mixer works), they would call upon a male colleague (read stupid white knight) for help who'd happily come there wagging his tail. So many of them take salary for literally doing nothing! They didn't even know where the things are kept and which items does what function. So basically they were collecting salary for sitting in AC room doing random shit.

I see this all the time. You'll have women, feminists, and their male allies all insisting that women are literally exactly like men. In the rare cases they acknowledge the blatantly obvious fact that men are stronger than women, they claim that this is only the baseline, and that a woman who works out will be stronger than the average man, as if that changes the overall reality.

Then, after they've insisted women are just as great as men, they'll talk about how women are more empathetic than men, that women have better pain tolerance than men, that women are smarter than men, that women are more level headed and less impulsive than men, etc. They want to insist men and women are completely equal in all ways, even when they are pushing female supremacy. The cognitive dissonance makes me laugh quite hard.

Women want the power...without wanting to put in the hard work or carry the responsibility. Then, they whine to their cuck husbands at 50 claiming they have "put in their time" and beg to retire. They whine about the wage gap but dont work as hard to earn it. Most of them dont do the dangerous, dirty, or hard jobs....so of course they get paid less. My boss is 60 and didnt get married until he was 44. The minute he married his betch, all of the sudden she couldnt hold a job and continued to get fired from jobs. Betch even told his friend that she "had put in her time" at 48. Lol. Now, he is 60 and trying to wing it to 65 in a physically demanding operations job climbing in and out of tractor traileras. He could have been retired at 55, kept his sports cars, and enjoying life now, but no. All becaue he probably was afraid to be lonely. Now he is stuck with Roseanne. What a joke.
