Not only we are not obligated to relationships (aka "mindfuckery") with women, We not obligated to answer this "Why don't you have a girlfriend" question either. My go-to answer to that is "I do not want to" repeated as many times as needed followed by "My body, my choice, my decision" followed by "What part of "No" don't you understand?" if the person persists in sticking their nose in my affairs. I suggest you do the same.
