That's the problem with these laws. It depends on a woman's honesty. That women never lie about rape. But what about dishonest women. What about criminals and con women. The law don't take into account a woman that lies.

Now any woman can point a finger at you and say we had sex but I did not agree to it. Now you go ahead and try to proved you did not do something. It can be a complete stranger who you never meet before. All she has to do is point a finger. You don't have a yes in hand. You go to jail.

In the above link, even MGTOW will not help you. Because your neighbor can point a finger and accuse you. She does not have to prove anything. It's all on you. Maybe while parking you car, you ding her car. She is upset. She cries rape. You have to prove she said yes.

Laws like this are full of examples were women can abuse the system. And if she does get caught lying about rape, she will get the pussy pass and not do time in jail.

as you can see from the article, it is all about who has undeniable power and control in sexual relations and non sexual relationships in general. It is no longer about trust during intimate relations between men and women. Nor is it about protecting victims of rape. It is about the government having additional "tools" to control men and society. I'd like to know what percentage of people filing rape charges are men. Probably not too many. The state has destroyed marriage (no fault) and dating (sexual harassment) so why not our fundamental basic human sex drive, men ( to pursue sex) and women (to desire to have children)? Clearly men will be doing a cost benefit analysis when pursuing sex and if they take this law into account, they clearly will steer clear of pursuing sex and women will end up barren with no children. As George Orwell said, in order for the state to have complete control, it must eradicate the orgasm. With laws like this, they will be doing just that.

I see two grounds for forcing an immediate backtrack on this idiocy:

A man takes advantage of this law. Especially if he takes advantage of this law upon accusation to claim the accuser raped him¹.
If the law is refused to men/or a retaliatory accusation isn't awarded appropriate measure in court, it can be challenged both domestically as unconstitutional, and/or in the European court as a human rights issue.

1) It should be obvious that you never speak to the police under any circumstance. They aren't your friends, and they aren't interested in justice. They have quotas to fill, and careers to build, and that boils down to successful prosecutions to their names.

Guilty until proven innocent.From now on, men should demand women fill up a form and sign it up to prove that she agreed to having sex with him, but nevertheless, I doubt that would work since the western justice system sees women as innocent little angels unable to do any harm.

The cost of having romantic relationships with women are astronomical and the benefits are negligible. To put it bluntly, the juice is most definitely not worth the squeeze at all.
