Here's my workout progress since November. I have been slacking a bit since April, because I started a side hustle business. That's up and going smoothly now, so I am focusing more on my body again (eating healthy and regular exercise).

Broke up with my girlfriend back at the end of last October. I was redpilled and didn't let myself get fucked over, but I let myself get sucked in emotionally so it was still painful. I've been focusing on my healthy, finances, and hobbies since then.

I am 6'2" and 167 lbs currently. Going to try to get back up to 180 lbs. I just workout at home, doing calisthenics and kettlebell stuff.
