What I don't get, is why the hell do people keep putting in two, three, or even four more quarters?

I had a discussion during an family reunion recently. Everyone was on their "second" wife at the minimum. I've never been married. I couldn't get any answer to "why do you keep remarrying?" Once you're married apparently you're incapable of just cohabitation (also stupid) or living separately. They had no answer.

When you get married your game isn't over you just add a self destructive level to your game.

Even if conventional marriage disappears it will eventually be replaced with ultra punitive laws that will make common law marriage the norm. Even cohabitation or long term relationships will eventually default to some sort of contract where the man will automatically be on the hook again. Focusing on marriage is missing the point.

Haha...I used to have this shirt when I was married. My wife hated it. She must have thrown it away at some point because it mysteriously disappeared. I should buy another one. Target used to sell them.
