For anyone who doesn't know. A argument happened between the girl and the guy on a busy road junction. She then took a photo of him and posted it on Facebook claiming that he has made obscene comments on her and threatened her if she went to police. Soon the post became popular and was picked by media. Without any evidence he was named a pervert and a case was registered against him. The girl was praised by politicians and media for standing up against the pervert and he was continuously degraded, named and shamed by the media. Soon the police started investigating and with the help of eyewitnesses they found that everything the girl said is false and the guy is the victim of false accusation. The media just stopped reporting about the case like it's never happened, they didn't even apologize to the guy. It's been 3 years and 12 hearings. He visited all but the girl visited none so he was not able to get off the criminal tag from his name. Since the mainstream media is not even taking the name of the case less people know that he is innocent.

India is one hell of a cucked country with it's laws. I will say this. I know Indians and work with them. They follow their traditions and the women seem to wait on the men hand and foot. They cook, clean, show true concern and empathy for their men. Of course if they don't they will be shamed by other traditional women. But those same laws will protect a nasty woman as well and their traditional women are becoming more Western (nasty).

But the main thing is solution. All I can do is make suggestion for people who are not pleased by what's changing in our environment.

At your level, in your local groups, discuss these issues and the impending risks it poses on us, the men.

Form unofficial groups of Self Help. In a future scenario if someone is dragged into such problem, at least you can stand with your group member, pool money together to hire a lawyer or publish something in the newspaper.

I'm really surprised these woman do this. All it takes is for a woman to get nationally exposed for false accusations, and some rapist could really attack her thinking the cops will just consider it another false police claim when she reports it.
