I know how to cook super healthy food. I have these cook books on Asian cooking, both Japanese and Chinese. When I cook, the food I make is full of fiber and great nutrients. I do great when I actually get off my duff and cook. However, I keep getting lazy and eating crap from fast food.

Have any of you guys managed to get consistent with diet? I know I'll lose weight and feel way the heck better if I can just get consistent. I'm thinking of trying self hypnosis. Need to both get my diet in gear and exercise is also way the hell important. I'm actually a very good cook when I actually do it. I'll have a super healthy soup cooking in a crock pot all day, one with great stuff like cucumbers, squash, carrots and potatoes. It's great to come home to a kitchen that smells great and have food that supports me instead of ordering a damn pizza or some worthless shit.

One more thing: I want to do this for ME, to make my life way better, not to attract some woman who will just end up divorce raping me.
