It sounded awesome until i read that he wants to go back to the plantation.

It just shows women can have a great deal (part time job, free car, FREE rent, boyfriend pays for almost everything) and they will STILL cheat and fuck it all up because it is their nature.

having everything is never enough.

Not even married and already cheating smh. Thankfully common law wasn't a thing where he lived and all this happened before getting married. It's sad to think though that this was all possible simply because he was paying for everything, if any of those were under both their names this would be a bit different.

Sounds like a guy who solves his problems without unnecessary drama. Not bad.

Well, he proactively addressed his problem and solved it. No problem, no grief.

And mostly without any risk of getting in a situation where the girl is going to accuse him of God knows what.
NOT without risk of that.
In fact, he rather got "lucky" that she either (A) hadn't apparently (yet) established her "official residence" at his address; as in "driver's license" with his address, etc; or... (B) she was too stupid/shamed to know she COULD have leveraged that against his arse (most states, even a "guest" has certain rights in terms of "eviction notice" etc; she'd be able to file charges, possibly sue for "damages" {even just "emo" shit}).

Agree that he was not fully risk free, and he played well in terms of creating a few deterrents to prevent her from taking action, in which case he might have been in a bit of trouble.
He executed that "exit" flawlessly... but he also got LUCKY in many ways: lucky that she was such a dumbitch, that she cheated in a dumbitch manner BEFORE they got married, etc.
Yeah, he "dodged" a bullet; he managed to extract himself from a VERY dangerous situation with (relatively) minimal actual financial loss... etc... BUT, he'd have been much WISER to never have brought her into his house/life to begin with.
Ergo MAINLY he was "lucky."

Almost believable until the sex movie clip sent to mom. That's generally revenge porn and illegal in most states.

Eh.
That varies from state to state and country to country.
My state wouldn't bat an eye.

Can we not ignore the fact that he STILL plans on getting in another relationship someday?

He should not have stopped there. He gotta expose the bitch in all of social media, to her friends etc for the killing blow so everyone would know of what a deceiving, cheating whore she was.
That's a master level bullet dodge... but it's not actually "revenge."
You're right. The simp in me has trouble realizing that when you take back something you have a woman, that she didn't deserve in the first place, it's not even revenge.
A woman might -- probably would -- call it "revenge" (and "rape" and "domestic violence" and "toxic masculinity" and well... assorted other nonsense); but it actually ISN'T anything of the kind.
Also, in this guy's case anyway, he's really not even "taking back" anything (she was apparently NEVER named on the apartment/house lease or title she was merely allowed to be his temporary "guest"; the car was NOT "given" to her, just loaned, etc)... all he did was END her "free-rider" status.
