Basically this woman is a receptionist, and a mom and son came to her, and her manager was there, and the mom asks the manager if they are hiring, manager says yes and asks the son his qualifications. He says he is graduating high school soon. The manager says sorry but that is not sufficient, you need work experience before you can apply here. Then the son looks at the female receptionist and tells the manager "but she's a woman..." The female receptionist goes crazy, and the manager has to get her a spray bottle to calm her down, and now she came and wrote a rant about it on reddit. She also shames the KID for being "socially awkward." Well, as a receptionist, if you can't deal with customers saying remarks like that, then you are clearly not fit for the job, which means that the son was proven right.
