The so-called Oppression?

I grew up when Traditionalism was still a thing, not just in tiny pockets of society, but everywhere. I kept hearing older women's sob stories of how men got to engage in "caning" -- beating women, as long as what they beat them with, wasn't more than a certain physical size -- and while I'm not all fired up about hitting anyone, with anything, I get it now. I get why men would have done that. The failure of society to have any way allowable to try to even remotely control wahmen, is killing us all. If you say anything that fails to drink every gulp of this weeks' flavor of female mindset koolaid, damn you forever, for oppression and all of the rest. Ugh.
