So i decided to get back in shape and lose the weight this year, gut love handles and get fit for my age at 46. I always been bulky, massive 30y of weight lifting, but i want to get a fit body so i can go on longer hikes, and trails in the mountain. I decided to shed the weight so i went on youtube to get information on intermittent fasting, a few training ideas HIIT cardio, and i stumble on some blue pill simp video about the type of physique that attract women. I was laughing my harse off after watching a few of those vids, and seeing how men are dedicated for the all mighty pussy to get fit not for them but in order to get the golden vagina. Hahahah.

Training is a passion, i never really stop training, but at 5 11 and 235 pounds at 46 i want to shed to avoid bad knees, lower back pain and also avoid getting a knee replacement, or hip surgery cause i am too heavy LOL not to get women hahaha.
