TFM had some video footage of some immigrant rampaging in Sweeden a little while ago. I think at one point there were three female cops trying to tackle the guy and he was just throwing them off. Eventually some male bystander took the guy down.

This is how you end up with excessive force being used - when the cops aren't sufficiently intimidating or able to control a situation then the next thing you know guns start coming out. Granted, in Sweeden that wasn't going to happen.

I see male cops being calm and collected, and 1 female cop borderline panicking, and pepper-spraying anyone who freaks her out (and that category includes all non-cops). Seriously, if her training has been so bad that she doesn't feel like she can handle the situation if it goes tits-up, then she shouldn't be there. It does not seem to be an equal and appropiate action to the situation, but to be fair, do not know the complete backstory.

This sure seems to be an example of all that is wrong with LE. Horrible PR for the force and force is a good name for it too.

Hey Ma'am- seriously, you ARE supposed to be trained and hired, to be the calmer, cooler head in these situations, ..... you fail miserably. Back to training for you, or better yet.. choose a new career.

The only way things like this stop, is when fellow LE call out these actions for what they are. They can "self" police and restore respect and dignity to a difficult profession if they want.

Well, she obviously has no business doing that job and panicked.

We should abolish any quotas on jobs like fireman or police where things like be racional and have a fit and strong body is important. Want cotas start with Trash man and other low lvl jobs first.
