I've worked in a lot of places that had female managers. Most of them were bad leaders. At best, a female manager might have been competent, but nothing special. I've seen A LOT of them let the power go to their head and try to micromanage everything instead of learning who has what skills and effectively delegating. Anyone who micromanages a team is a shitty leader. This only annoys workers and makes it harder for them to get their work done. There's a reason why a CEO doesn't supervise the janitors cleaning the restrooms. You have accountability. Someone does check up to see if the janitors are doing their job well, but it's not your CEO.

The lousy female managers I've had we're all fearful and they all micromanaged. Then if you dared suggest that they were anything less than brilliant, they would get offended. That's what they mean by calling them "bossy." If you're anything other than a yes-man, if you offer any constructive criticism at all, you're a sexist calling her bossy. Not once have I ever had a female manager who was interested in learning from her mistakes so she could get better. Basically the feminist demand is to put up with women's poor leadership or they'll brand you a misogynist.
