I've worked in STEM fields for quite a while you have two sides the executives who tend to be more traditional high power males and then the developers who let's face it are many times your stereotypical nerds.

So you're surrounded by men whose trophy wives and hot girlfriends are a considered an important representation of their success or men who have been on a hand full of dates and hold typical blue pill views . The idea of introducing more women to the work place sounds good to both of them " Look at how successful AND culturally diverse my shop is!" or " It would be nice to have a female viewpoint in my day to day actions" .

With all of tat said though as much as the media pushes for women in STEM , women don't actually want those jobs. They want the crazy zany adventures of a show like Silicon Valley but the long focused logical work of development is often times not attractive. At best we'll see more women designers in the tech space but women devs will never be a majority and if it is I would expect our tech industries to stagnate severely .

The trend of female superiority (dont call it feminism) gives me fear that one day we wont be able to MGTOW because they will control hiring for most of the high paying jobs. Where are the good men to speak out against this before it is too late??

Its like you can see the boulder coming down from a mile up the hill but no one wants to get out of the way.
