I wouldn't call it rampant. For PC cheating. There I'd more of it, but consoles have plenty of hackers and cheaters too, but I have a much! Bigger variety of games to play. Also, I can do other things. I can mod the shit out of minecraft and turned mine into a dark souls experience lol.

To answer your question on PC I'm looking forward to back 4 dead, and elder ring.

I have a ps5 but rarely do I play the games I have for it. Far cry 5 and Fallout 4. I mostly play Xbox 360 or ps2/ps1 games. Once in awhile I'll fire up age of empires 2 or age of mythology on PC. I don’t game much these days. Growing up I did all the time but the closer I get to 30 the less desire I have for it. Maybe 10 hours a month nowadays.

I play on PC, I haven't ran into a cheater in any game in a long time. Anti cheats are much more sophisticated these days.

Main : PC because 144fps and also much more convenient to mod game like Fallout 4.

Sub : PS4 - Nowadays I only use it for games that don’t get port to pc.

I sold my ps4 and bought a gaming laptop. I still might buy a ps5. I’m looking forward to the horizon sequel, scarlet nexus (Just released), new world, far cry 6, and dying light 2.

I've got a gaming laptop which of late I've been using more. I bought Resident Evil village on steam as it was cheaper than buying the Xbox one version. Generally games on steam are cheaper than Xbox one games, especially if you browse the grey market sellers like G2A and cdkeys. Only release on my radar is star wars Lego the complete Saga and maybe Forza Horizon 5.

I play 99% on laptop(windows), though I'm saving up for a switch. Not looking forward to any specific release, except I really hope they start working on fallout 5 soon, if that ever comes out...

Does the ps5 not allow for app suspension and quick resume? Even the ps4 pro allows that to a degree.

I currently game on Xbox one x, but I'm looking forward to getting a ps5 and playing the new Rachet and Clank game.

I'm looking forward to Dark Souls 4 or Bloodborne 2, even though neither of which are confirmed- I think it's inevitable. I hope they don't make a Sekiro 2, I don't like that game nearly as much.

I have all three (PC, PS5, XBox Series X) but I must admit I don't play so much anymore. It was just a semi impulse purchase.

That being said the XBox has a very neat backwards compatibility. So I can play almost all my none woke XBox 360 games in higher frame rates and in 4k. I don't like the always online option but as long as I am not using online shop games I don't care.

The gamepass is probably not worth it. Yes you'll get a lot of 'loaned' games for 'free' but will you ever play it. And if the games are not physical they can just ban you for some woke sh*t and everything is lost.

I play on the PC with a Radeon 6900XT. Mainly PUBG.

Id try to buy a PS5 if there were more than 2 games released I actually wanted to play.

I have a rule that there have to be interesting games with a cost equal to at least half what the console costs to be worth the investment.

I'm waiting for the Series X to be restocked, but every day I'm getting one step closer to biting the bullet and buying a PC. I don't know how to build one myself, so I'm probably just going to go with a pre-built one when I get to that point.

Any suggestions on what to look for?

I play ps5 because the brand is what I know since I was a kid with the oldest ps1. Overwatch has just come out with cross play. Pretty cool

i moved over to pc about 3 years ago because its a cleaner set up, no physical copies of games and all my entertainment system is in one place i have it hooked up to the tv in my living room, as for the cheating its not some thing i have to deal with as i prefer single player story driven games.

I have a Lenovo pc. Its great and I play a wide range of games including especially titles which I really enjoy because there is a lower chance of things being woke.

This year the best games I played would beThe Evil Within, Far Cry 3, Prototype 2, Alien Isolation, Blood Stained RoTN, Dragon Dogma, Call of Duty MW3, Guilty Gear Rev 2, Bayonetta, Devil May Cry 3, Driver San Francisco, Tomb Raider 2013, Subnautica and Wolfenstein The New Order.

This month I started working. I want to buy a 2nd hand ps3 later this year so I can play the games I missed and then maybe next year a gaming pc so I can play games like Doom, Resident Evil 7 and Sekiro which my pc can't take.

I'm playing Total War Rome Remastered these days, patiently waiting for the release of Humankind which should finally come out in august

PC but I mainly play single player. The negative of people cheating is offset by the huge number of mods available for games to make them fresh again. Games are super cheap on bundle sites. Backwards compatibility goes all the way back to DOS and I can mine crypto when I am not playing. A system that pays for itself is a nice perk.

Second place is my Oculus Quest 2. Fishing in VR is very relaxing.

Ps5, can't wait for horizon forbidden west. I know the whole sjw Mary Sue main character thing, but looking past that it seriously has the coolest most original sci-fi plot I've seen in a very long time, plus killing robot dinosaurs with all the weapons is pretty fun. Currently playing motogp 21 and I'm really looking forward to Gran Turismo 7.

I play a little ark survival evolved online and I really enjoyed Ghost of Tsushima and Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

Kind of want to buy a PS5 to play Battlefield 2042 on because everyone's on the same playing field, and there's little to no amount of hackers. But I don't want to pay a monthly subscription just to play games online.
