This is for those MGTOW noobs that headline "I CAN'T GET MOTIVATED TO LOSE WEIGHT" or among other varieties.

SIMPLE RULE.

NO JUNK FOOD, CARBS IN THE HOUSE.

This is what should be in your fridge (yes, I'm a MGTOW NAZI, but you are probably a MGTOW NOOB)

oranges pears/apples carrots cucumbers onions garlic tomatoes shit like that

canadian bacon

wheat tortilla wraps shredded cheese

nuts

greek yogurt vanilla bean

shredded chicken (get rotisserie, shred it) eggs

lots a cold water in hand

easy breakfast - 3 scrambled eggs, with the ham, half an apple/pear, half a mango water, juice, greek yogurt

For lunch I usually eat out , but limit to chicken, beef, rice and veggies, and a portion of rice. I try to leave junk food for the weekend.

dinner make it easy shredded chicken on a tortilla with diced onions and tomatoes. I chop up a clove of garlic and mix it in, cuz its good for you. If you want you can also melt in some cheese for a chicken and cheese burrito. MM MM. I try to experiment and add in some cut up pears into my burritos. It's pretty good.

I always have yogurt and nuts to mix in, or also you can get some granola. Chop up some fruit into the yogurt and you have a good munchie meal. :)
