As you can see in the above image, I use a method to increase my productivity and be accountable every hour of the day. This method is a sure shot method to beat procrastination. I start by taking a diary and figure out what I want to achieve/accomplish throughout the day. Then I start writing down the next hour and set a small goal that I have to achieve and set an alarm for the next hour. Just when the alarm rings at the hour mark, I get down and tick down if I have accomplished what I set myself to do. If not I follow the same process for the next hour. This reduces my procrastination. Makes my conscious brain conscious of how I am spending every hour of my life and that data is intriguing. It gives a sense of control over my life and makes mastery of things easier. The key is not to beat yourself down if you are not able to achieve the target within the hour. The key is to make yourself realize where you made the mistake and learn from it and try to focus only on the goal for the next one hour. If you keep track of your time like this, you will be astonished with the results in just a week or even a month. Trust me, you would have achieved a lot of things fairly quickly. This is how you can condition your brain and reward it with dopamine hits of finishing your goals every hour and become self disciplined.

If you fail, it's okay. Forget about it, because that time has gone. Focus only on the next hour and try to make the most of it. Don't beat yourself or make yourself feel bad/guilty for not accomplishing things in the previous hour because that will set a negative feedback loop and you wont be able to achieve much and it will just ruin your day.

Everything can be replaced in life, except time. Money will come and go. You can gain wealth. But not Time. You can only lose time. Make the best investment of your time to succeed in the long run. Feel free to ask any questions. #GYOW folks!
