OK,

I usually post for intermediates, not beginners.

There is a reason I do this... I didn't come into the red pill in the way that appears to be very standard in these parts... Blundering accross the red pill because my relationship was in the shitter and I was desperate for a way out. Any way out.

Not knocking you dudes, this is how almost everyone crashes in... And just because I wasn't in a crisis it doesn't mean that I wasnt an Average Frustrated Chump like we all were.

But because it didn't happen that way for me my experience and insights aren't really suitable for beginners who are facing these issues. I didn't face the same challenges and crises that you guys are facing. I got no real life experience to draw on when you ask "So my wife just burned all my suits, then smeared faeces all over the bedroom mirror, then told me to fuck off. Was this a shit test ?" I never faced that wife or that situation. There is nothing I can add other than "Read the Sidebar. Both TRP and MRP".

Well.... There is one thing.... and in an effort to help out the beginners I'm throwing it out there.

I'm going to call this the "Badass Loop". It's a little tip/trick that really helped me. Helped me "Alpha Up". Helped me "Maintain Frame". Is really kick-ass fun as well.

My personal loop will not work for you unless you like badass guitar riffs. If you don't, you might be able to do this your own way but my way won't work.

If you are into badass rock. You are going to LOVE this....

Here is what you do. I wanted a way to "press a button" and then "feel like a badass" about 5-10m later.... Something that drove my testosterone, my alpha, my "could not give a fuck" attitude through the ceiling...

I stumbled across Rage Against The Machine (a band who previously I'd only liked a song or two of). RatM are anarchists. They write a lot of songs about anger, and being heard, and being a fucking man goddamit. They also have created some super-badass guitar riffs.

So I started "listening to their lyrics" and projecting RP messages onto their (largely political and angry) songs. It works REAL well. They didn't write them this way, but they CERTAINLY can be heard this way. When you do, it's freaking awesome.

Then I decide to make my "Badass Loop". 12 or so songs I put on. Slam my headphones to max. Then walk around to/commute whilst singing the lyrics at full volume (sometimes in my mind, sometimes aloud). It NEVER FAILS TO MAKE ME FEEL BADASS.

In fact, it's so good at this that I have to be carefull listening to my badass loop at work as I just get too fucking dominant with people after a session. Parts of me are just screaming to say "Fuck You, I won't do what you tell me".

You want to feel like a man ? Here's how you do it.

Get Spotify (or Pandora, one of those free apps).

Create a playlist (in spotify this is still free). Name it "Badass Loop".

Search for the song titles below (probably in the RatM best of album. get the studio rather than the live versions).

Select the songs, and click on "Add to my playlist"

Play your playlist on random mode !

/end setup

If you are in Spotify this is all free (you may occasionally have to listen to an ad). You now have a perfectly free badass loop on your phone.

Now.....I'm going to recommend the songs on the list.... Please try these FIRST to get the idea. Later you can edit your list and insert your own songs. You are looking for some REAL badass songs though. Frankly, few bands can compete with RatM for this.

Born of a Broken Man - Great riffs. Suggest you start here. If you like this, you'll like the rest....

Primary RP Lyric/Chorus: "Born of a Broken Man, But not a broken man.... Born of a broken man, Never a broken man"

RP Message: Never a broken man, dude. NEVER a broken man. What aren't you getting about that kickass lyric ? (Wait till you hear it with the massive riff).

Pistol Grip Pump - Good riff, much more hip-hoppy than other songs here....

Primary RP Lyric/Chorus: "Pistol grip pump on my lap at all times.... They can be fucking with other N** shit but they can't be fucking with mine !" also "There's no question who the man is !"

RP Message: Vigilence in looking after whats important to you. They can be Fucking with other N** shit but THEY CAN'T BE FUCKING WITH MINE !" ("...It's too late for sleeping so slack....")

Know Your Enemy - Again, great riffs...

Primary RP Lyric/Chorus: "Now action must be taken, We don't need the key... We'll break in ! I've got no patience now. So sick of complacence now. Time has come to pay...Know your enemy!"

RP Message: Do something NOW and when you do it "know your enemy". Can't get any more RP than this.

Calm Like a Bomb - Doesn't quite fit RP (should be calm, shouldn't be giving your SO that you are a bomb waiting to go off feeling !) ... But it's SUCH a good song, and the lyrics about being calm fit well with maintaining frame.

Primary RP Lyric/Chorus: "I be walkin' god like a dog, My narrative fearless. My word war returns to burn, Like Baldwin home from Paris. Like Steel from a furnace. I was born landless... Calm like a Bomb"

RP Message: Maintain frame, dude. Calm.... Maybe not calm like a bomb.... But calm with a steely resolve.

Sleep Now in the Fire - Great riffs, all of these have great high-T guitar riffs

Primary RP Lyric/Chorus: "Sleep now in the Fire!"

RP Message: Your world is burning. You're sleeping in the fire. Sleeping in the middle of a fire is not evolutionarily selected for behaviour :-) Wake up dude. Take the RP.

Killing In the Name Of - Actually, for me, one of their mediocre songs....but one you'll be most likely to know

Primary RP Lyric/Chorus: "Fuck You, I won't do what you tell me"

RP Message: Maybe don't tell your boss or wife this (!) but it sure is great and pumps you up and gets you in that alpha mindset of "Fuck You, I won't do what you tell me" (as do all these songs)

Maggies Farm - Always loved the bob dylan song/lyrics but it was always a bit of a weedy song to listen to. NOT with the RATM cover version !

Primary RP Lyric/Chorus: "Ain't going to work on Maggies Farm no more. I hate the way she makes me scrub the floors"

RP Message: Bit of a rant against working, low creativity office work in particular. Feels great to (mentally) shout I ain't gonna work on maggies farm no more (even when the next thing you are doing is going straight back to work on maggies farm !)

VietNow - Fear is your only god (the song makes clear this is NOT a good thing)

Primary RP Lyric/Chorus: - "Turn on the radio, nah fuck, it turn it off. Fear is your only god on the radio. Nah, fuck it, turn it off. Your saviour is my guillotine... dropped into kerosene"

RP Message: Don't let fear be your god dude. Fear is the mind killer.

Guerilla Radio - Turn that shit up !

Primary RP Lyric/Chorus: - "It has to start somewhere, It has to start sometime. What better place than here, what better time than now?"

RP Message: Turn that shit up dude. The time is now. What time could be better ?

Street Fighting Man - Stones cover. Heavily alpha'd up (it weas already an alpha as fuck song) by heavy riffs

Primary RP Lyric/Chorus: - "A street fighting man"... It's alpha as fuck. Trust me.

RP Message: In the modern world there's no place for a street fighting man [except in the RP community anyway]

Renegades of Funk - Talking about the history of renegades. If they wrote this in 10 years time, rather than 10 years in the past, Rollo might have been on the list !

Primary RP Lyric/Chorus: - "No matter how hard you try, you can't stop us now" and "Since the Prehistoric ages and the days of ancient Greece, Right down through the Middle Ages, Planet earth kept going through changes, And then the Renaissance came and times continued to change, Nothing stayed the same but there were always renegades, Like Chief Sitting Bull, Tom Paine, Dr. Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, They were renegades of their time and age, So many renegades"

RP Message: In the modern world we're the fucking renegades. We come from a long line of other renegades.

The Narrows - Much trippier/hip-hoppier than the rest

Primary RP Lyric/Chorus: - "Anger is a gift" and "Using my brain, Until the power is obtained, Using my strength to gain, A struggle for rage"

RP Message: Anger is a gift dude. Use it to drive you forward. Use it to change you and the world.

If you want any more I'd suggest Bombtrack, Testify, People of the Sun, Bulls on Parade and any other songs by the same band. In any case, even without these I've given you a 12 part "badass loop".

Do what I do.... imagine the lyrics are inspired by RP as you listen.... and sing along at full volume in your mind..... and make sure that volume is cranked up...and I guarantee. I COMPLETELY FUCKING GUARANTEE. That as long as rock/guitar riffs are your thing you just CANNOT listen to this loop for 10-15m without coming out of the badass loop thinking you are a 20ft tall monster who can walk through walls. Seriously dude, it's like fucking magic.

It does something with your testosterone balance, I don't fucking know what. Its a ten minute trick to build a rock solid badass who can take on the world. The effects last for hours afterwards. This might be as important as lifting for raising your T (joke, joke....But seriously, maybe... Nah, joke....^Maybe).

Try it. Try it with my songs. Try for a few goes round the badass loop. You'll get the feel for what it can do. For how it charges you and makes it easy to hold frame or pass shit tests or just assert dominance with my songs in there.

Then swap my songs out for your own. You've got the feel now. You know the badass songs YOU want. Swap them in.

My badass loop is my friend. I know I'm always just 5 minutes away from feeling a total badass. I'm hoping it helps some of you guys the same way.

Create a "badass loop" on your iPhone or iPod. Don't argue. Don't whine. It takes 10min. Just go do it. Take action. Be a man. It could change your life.

Also.... Read the sidebar and lift DUMBASS.... That is all.
