Personally I have a mind that I find hard to managed. Plagued with a good deal of paranoia.

Something that's helped me and which I feel would help other men is result-based thinking. I'm trying to practice creating an outcome to various thoughts I have.

Catch a recurring thought and ask yourself "how could I resolve this situation/feeling? can I resolve this situation/feeling? how do I resolve it?"

I find it's helped me a lot. By putting a full stop to the thought and eventually leading to right action. Peace and productivity.
