Initially I thought men were the problem because of my father, other stories I heard. I are up socially isolated not having any other male role model. Feminism is at the other extreme. I also have some difficulty picking up social cues(I am not diagnosed autistic, but with the CPTSD I cant say what it really is).Any resources/suggestions to communicate with men?

There is a subreddit named Men are Good. That might help by offering positive male exposure.

But ultimately, it depends on what you want from your male identity.

Well there is another sub that deals with others who have had nasty narcissistic parents.

r/raisedbynarcissists is it and they seem to do a wonderful job in helping others.
