I'm so freaking pissed right now I'm so angry I'm driving around town crying in the car by myself. I've looked through my entire contact list and my phone and there's literally nobody that I can talk to you right now.i literally just want to explode and then vanish!!!!!!

Any parent, partner, sibling or closest friend: Call them and let them know what's going. Don't ask. Just let them know you need to talk, and why, and then start talking.

Try your parent(s) if you can. You're never too old to reach out to them.

I'm good guys. just being accused of something that isn't true. nothing weird just something with work. I hate my name being dragged through the mud when I work my butt off to make sure I'm the man that gets his job done. guess people just want to tear me down.
