I'm not sure if I made the right choice or not

If you saw the mid-week check in, I think you may already know the details of my situation. Just as a reminder, I was supposed to go to a new urologist today (5th one). But the thing is that yesterday I was suffering from fever chills, watery eyes, blocked sinuses (almost to the point of it being hard to breathe sometimes) and a complete lack of energy. It was like that for at least several hours but I was pretty sick all day and it was hard to do anything, even though I still had to take the garbage out. Last night, I was not able to get any rest at all. Maybe like 2 hours. And the trip to get to this urologist is at least an hour and a half long trip to get there so if I went today, I would be gone all day and I would be really tired. And if I got overwhelmed and especially if I got bad news, I would come home feeling really terrible and I would be so out of it that I wouldn't be able to get done the other things that I really have to do (OPM paperwork, tax paperwork, stuff involving my bank, other doctors). I decided to reschedule but I already kinda hate myself for it because.....however far off the appointment is now, the longer I'm gonna be stuck in pain. I'm going to my PCP next week for chest pains and stuff but he may or may not be that much help, idk. This is all so overwhelming......
