My pregnant girlfriend left the state and has gone no contact. I'm devastated.

We recently found out she was pregnant and it initially looked like we were going to keep the baby and become a family. She booked a flight to her mom's house in another state without telling me, only eventually saying she needed a ride to the airport. The fact that she had no plan or real means to return sparked a disagreement and she has gone no contact. I have no idea if she is keeping the baby, or if she will willingly allow me to be a father to my child. It's really hard. Chest pains and panic attacks have occurred every day for over a week.
