Iv Ben thinking about it a lot lately and I'm relax our some times happy when I'm thinking about killing my self I'm pretty sure that's not normal I'm scared and not to sure what to do

Yes there's a difference but there getting weaker

Me too sometimes i think the relaxation comes from the sensation of ''control'' that gives me.
I think is a symptom that means i need to do some changes to get back control of my life.
But rationally unless im not in like a contant state of physical pain i dont think theres any reason to kill myself while i can just wait to happen naturally anyway and enjoy all the good things in life in the meantime.
