SUBJECT:

Investigate Possible Hate Crimes: VA OIG Report Shows Possible Targeting of Secret Phoenix VA Wait Lists To Selectively Kill Men Veterans

BODY:

U.S. Department of Justice Community Relations Service, USDOJ, GAO including fraudnet, Debra Murphey at DOJ, US House Reform, US Civil Rights Commission, US House Veterans Affairs Committee, United States Secretary of Veterans Affairs Robert A. McDonald,

I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice.

Please recall my previous message regarding possible gender based hate crimes at the Phoenix VA:

Investigate Possible Gender or Gender Identity Motivated Hate Crimes at Veterans Affairs

https://www.reddit.com/r/MensRights/comments/3aikqv/action_opportunity_investigate_possible_gender_or/

Please recall that Americans are protected from hate crimes under the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act, which includes "gender" and "gender identity":

Now comes a new report showing that the Phoenix VA appeared to use secret wait lists to target and selectively deny health care to veterans who needed screening for prostate cancer, which is a group consisting only of men:

"The OIG found that 59 percent of urology appointments between 2013 and 2014 were canceled. For a veteran unknowingly developing prostrate cancer, this delay is life-threatening. Unfortunately, the OIG found that many veterans did succumb to cancer while waiting for care."

Military Veterans Died Waiting for Care at VA Hospital with Fake Waiting List

Again, I believe that there is sufficient evidence to investigate some individuals at Veteran's Affairs for the hate crime of selectively denying health care to male veterans (based on actual or perceived gender-related characteristics, including but not limited to biological male-ness) by way of targeting male only health care procedures, fraud, perpetrated by falsifying records at sex segregated points of service, falsified and secretive records and procedures of requests for medical care which acted in effect as a dangerous weapon, causing bodily injury and death disproportionately to male vets because of their gender or gender identity.

Please recall that the White House Council on Women and Girls made a dramatic and systematic push for more health care for women vets, set up a health care help line for women exclusively, demanded updates on the health care provided women vets and women employees (employees were never subject to this discrimination, a group consisting mostly of women, while vets, a group consisting mostly of men, were), but not for men, which created a motivation for the VA to illegally discriminate and sort the stacks to prioritize women's care over men's (more so than merely prioritizing the health care of employees over vets), possibly employing that dangerous weapon to kill men selectively.

Please recall that while mostly male vets were not receiving needed health care the Phoenix VA, diverted at least $20 million (probably more) to a solar car park.

This was part of one of many White House driven initiatives for green power:

Some individuals at the Phoenix VA may to have decided to selectively kill men veterans by intentionally focusing their secret wait lists and denials of service at medical procedures that men needed to detect prostate cancer and live, and other health care procedures primarily or exclusively used by men veterans. These individuals would know that the foreseeable consequence of their apparent fraud would be many dead men veterans, and "Unfortunately, the OIG found that many veterans did succumb to cancer while waiting for care." Denying services for men veterans only with the foreseeable consequence that men veterans will die is not a health care resource allocation decision. It's a hate crime.

I urge you to investigate these potential gender based hate crimes against men using the same weights and measures that you would use to investigate hate crimes against any other protected group. To offer a lesser standard of justice to men victims of hate crimes, or to reject equality under the law for men, or to use different weights and measures for this hate crime versus others, would be detestable.

I urge you to affirmatively act to faithfully execute your office, including taking action to investigate, stop, and prosecute the appearance of crime harming veterans, and to the best of your ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Veterans who are victims of hatred, crime, corruption, negligence, and discrimination today still wait, hope for justice, and persevere.
