Keep in mind that Asia Argento's accusation against Weinstein is that she carried on a multi-year affair because she "felt she had to"...and that amounts to sexual assault in her view.

And in this case, she's committed actual statutory rape, and paying hush money to her victim.

So, where does PoundMeToo stand on this? Can we assume Argento's career is over (does she have one?) I'll prepare myself for deafening silence.

This woman was absolutely toxic to every man she touched.

While I have little sympathy for Harvey Weinstein, she clearly was just using him to climb the ladder and turned on him when it was expedient.

She used this poor kid Bennett -- who was 6 when he first met her.

She used Anthony Bourdain.

They are gonna blame Weinstein. It's the only avenue left for damage control. They will claim Argento was a rape victim and that somehow explains and/or excuses her actions. Thats the only way they can shift the spotlight away from her and back where they want it.

Gee, what a surprise. This is like a G4P guy claiming he was assaulted by the person who was paying him, for crying out loud. I’m open to the idea that some of these people could have been blackmailed or bullied into losing their career (which is really fucked up), but I have yet to hear of those with evidence (and something makes me feel like Weinstein wouldn’t do that).
