No controversies were mentioned just some idiots protesting it without any explanation. That's as stupid as saying "here's a weather report for tomorrow" and then showing a few cows grazing on a field for 3 minutes...

In any case I applaud this man, he absolutely destroyed the three of them with his arguments. But you can't argue ideologues, one projects his views and spews blatant idiocy, while the other giggles like a 10 yo as if the guy was suggesting aliens abducted him.

And the "you're here, you're heard, you're the most privileged class" argument... You're there too Sherlock, making you privileged too. What a stupid argument to make.

In any case how can we even win any media debates if such a good speaker is destroying them all and yet they strut around victoriously like pigeons after a round of chess.

How are men's rights issues politically right of center?

I've been noticing the beginnings of this left/right argument starting to crop up, which, imo is not good for anyone.

Jesus, could she be more passive aggressive? Every time her "argument" is blown clean out of the water by sound logic, she releases the most incredulous sounding cackle. And, of course, she wheels out the P-word the moment she realizes she's lost on all objective fronts.

I'm still waiting to hear what my privileges actually are, because I don't think anyone's ever qualified that response, as if it's enigmatically self-evident.

The entire "discussion" was an exercise in "label and dismiss" politics. They don't have any ability to discuss any of the issues without looking like the fools they are. As a result, they say that all MRAs are X that we don't agree with, so dismiss them.

The fabrication about not representing minority groups is also very disturbing as well (I wish the panelist was able to address that). The fact that a huge amount of MRA public faces are women was also lied about.

Finally, I'm continually fascinated with the idea (their final fallacy) that I have power because someone who sort of looks like me has power. It's ridiculous on a logical level and denies the very obvious problem that rich vs poor is a far greater discrimination than any other in today's western society.

Nope. Fatherlessness is not a problem. Lesbians couples are quite capable of raising sons and daughters. Gay male couples are also quite capable of doing so.

If you make "fatherlessness" an issue, that makes "motherlessness" an issue, and you'll (rightly) lose gay male support for MRAs.

Rather, the real problem is the unfair treatment of fathers by the court system, and its mirror-image, the unwilling forced parenthood of men either through marriage (some other man's child born into the marriage) or through unsafe sex (unwanted child born anyway by the mother).
