Does that mean he should have full or 50/50 custody to keep from being re-traumatized? How about her abusive behavior making her in-eligable for custody?

A small step for legal precedence. I would wager the wording of the law will be amended to exclude these situations in the future.

While the law is clearly aimed at women, it’s not specific to women. It’s incredibly biased, unfair and hypocritical to not apply it to men in the same position.

What the article of course doesn’t mention that I feel is true any is a woman who becomes pregnant against her will has many choices. A man who impregnates a woman against his will has no choices moving forward.

In the U.S., we’ve seen boys who were raped have to pay child support when they find if age. We’ve seen men who are victims of sperm jacking / stealthing similarly have to pay child support. Soren donation clinics have been forced to give the name of the diner out despite confidentiality agreements to the opposite.

Fighting individual bias and individual discrimination is difficult, but treating people equally under the law should be standard practice by now. Civil rights isn’t just about race, it’s about sex as well. Any country that so discriminates against men still has a civil rights problem.
