In child support dispute. Mother was ordered to pay child support, however she claimed to pay $500 in health insurance for our daughter each month. The court ordered I pay half based on her claim. I found out recently that she actually elects to have $500 taken out of her paycheck for her family's health savings account. Which includes her, her husband, and our daughter. She pays $25.25 each pay period for the actual health insurance that is required to have HSA. Is this something I can contest or am I required to pay half of her families savings account? Even though her and her husband may be purchasing (glasses/medication, etc) not related to our child? Thank you.
