How in the fuck are there 82 court orders? Why wasn't the child forcibly removed from her home at the failure to comply with court order 1?

I've been through the UK family court system. FYI in this country you can't "sue the mother" there's no such thing.

After a couple of hearings it becomes blindingly obvious that no matter what the mother does she will never get punished for anything in regards to child access. While the court order states she may go to prison in practice this is never going to happen. Also the police are never going to go and forcibly enter the mothers home and take the children and give them to the father so he can see them.

Once the mother realises this she can then break court orders with impunity, safe in the knowledge that she will never be punished.

As a father you are better off trying to get your ex to agree to let you see the children than going through the courts.

Well. Try contacting your members of parliament. They write which is obviously being ignored by the people in place to enforce said law.

Unless of course you live in a lawless country that supports and excuses child abuse.

Them send those same letters to the news outlets. Dont let anyone hide from the sham of a system we men are forced to abide by while our children are held hostage

Woman denies man access to see his own child for ten years. Courts ignore.

...what possible reason could men have to be angry nowadays....?
