Alleged sexual assaults being adjudicated in a court of law isn't a legal issue, so we can comment all we want on it, but getting sued for defamation because we commented on an alleged sexual assault being adjudicated in a court of law is a legal issue, and we can't comment.

One clarification: "Probable cause" is not the standard used by university discipline adjudication committees, but rather the "preponderance of the evidence" is the standard is used.
