This post has been removed because the title does not say enough about its subject. This forces people to click and read before they can decide whether they are interested. It also makes searching impossible.
If everyone did this, the subreddit would become unusable.
So please don't do it in future. Take the time to describe your link, and save the time of hundreds of other people.
When making a title, it's best to assume the reader doesn't know what you're talking about - but don't go overboard with every detail. Then check if there are any words you can cut out without losing any important information.
Please post this again, with a more informative title.

The funny thing is, with the recent revelations at companies like google, they do prefer to hire women and to pay them more.

This argument makes plenty of sense at the superficial level but it assumes that employers are aware that they are paying less for women, if employers weren't aware that they were paying less to women then women would get hired but just payed less.
I am not making a case for the wage gap, recent news from Google has shown it to be reversed if anything, I am just pointing out the flaw in this claim.
