How about you provide some citations on cases where men were denied trial and sent directly to jail simply on the word of a woman claiming she was raped.

Well there's that boy that's been in jail two or three years now on the basis that a bunch of girls falsely accused him of rape (they left facebook messages talking about how they'd do it).

Yeah you get sent to jail straight away usually, and you hang around in jail until they give you a court date. That can take some time.

Directly to jail with no trail? Not aware of that in the US. Just more reasonable things like being convicted for being seen in the victim's dream.

It is standard to put people in jail while they await trial. Most do have the opportunity to post bail. Thsi is standard operating procedure. I hope that no one in the US is being punished without benefit of trial.

I did notice a comment in that thread from someone wishing that a woman's acusation be enough to condemn a man. Women have wanted that since before Moses. The problem is that a lot of them tell fibs.
