How would you describe your political views in general?

Technoprogressive extropian left-libertarian (libertarianism isn't fundamentally right or left leaning, though most lean right. I lean left.)

My views on individual liberties could be called conservative in some sense, as I want them protected with reduced regard for security. I'm about as anti-tradionalist as it gets though.

For the most part, libertarian, mostly left-leaning (although I'm finding it harder and harder to understand exactly what "left" means). My views might be characterized as socialist on some issues where protection of "the commons" is at stake (notably environmental issues), but even there I am aware of how easy it is to corrupt a powerful centralized authority.

If you are thinking you are going to find a bunch of right wing nuts here you are going to be disappointed. Don't believe everything you read. Most MRA's from my perception are all over the map politically with a Civil Libertarian streak in them there somewhere. Unlike feminism your political stripe or gender is of no concern.

And btw Libertarian does not infer right wing at all if you read up on it. MRA's tend to like no bullshit politics, and have a common sense approach to right and wrong, ie not ideological but nuanced and situational.

I have also met some far right and far left wing MRA's; also black, white, yellow and all genders.

It varies issue to issue. Mostly left, but with some libertarian and environmental leanings. Very much an urbanist - all I can see in suburbia is "waste." If you want to know where I stand on a specific issue, I would be happy to discuss.

i would say half liberal nationalist, and half socialist nationalist. i doubt i can pigeon-hole myself easily, but i would say i am pretty left wing by american standards and centre left by european.

my problem is that you still buy into the whole male power and patriarchy bullshit.

I'm pretty hardcore liberal in pretty much all respects. I've been saying America needs to be more like Europe for quite some time, especially with its voting system. Fucking first past the post electoral college. Idiocy.

And of course, I don't believe in patriarchy or male power. Mostly because I don't believe they exist. The idea that "Men's Rights" automatically equals "OPPRESS ALL WOMEN" is one of the main reasons why we're anti-feminism. Since feminism ignores anything that even dares to suggest men have any disadvantages at all in society.
